National Sales Manager, Electrical
This is a key position as you will play a leadership role in managing and growing the National Electrical business with focus on sales and bottom line results. You will be the driving force for the electrical sales team to penetrate into general and vertical markets with specific accountabilities in ensuring business growth. Your strategic challenge will include executing corporate sales directives, and developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
As a strategic planner, you will provide good directions in potential growth areas. You will also coach and nurture the sales team with best practices and high integrity, driving the team to create product demand and awareness to end-users, manufacturers and consultants, including distribution chains. To excel in this exciting and challenging role, you should have a successful, hands-on track record that includes:
Degree in Sales/Marketing, Engineering or Business-related discipline
At least 7 yrs of sales/marketing management experience in MNC, preferably in both direct and channel sales
Ability to plan and manage nationwide sales activities with a vision for growth in terms of operational efficiency and market share
A ‘can-do' attitude coupled with high integrity, as well as ability to work independently and under pressure
Fluent in oral and written English
